Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be happy with Asgard IPTV. This refund policy explains when we issue refunds, when we do not, and how to submit a request. The policy applies to subscriptions purchased through our external sales domain, which is operated by a separate sales operator.
The 48-hour test plan (€4) is a different product with different terms — see section 3.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the recurring plans (1, 3, 6, and 12 months). If you change your mind within seven days of activation, you can request a full refund, provided the conditions in section 3 are met.
You do not have to provide a reason to use the guarantee within the 7-day window. You simply need to send your request in time and from the email address linked to the subscription.
3. Refund exclusions
The 7-day guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
- The 48-hour test plan (€4). The test plan is itself a short-term paid trial at a low entry price and is not eligible for refund. This is clearly stated on the test plan page before purchase.
- Requests sent after the 7-day window. Submit your request within the deadline to be eligible under the guarantee.
- Breach of the Terms of Service. Use of the service in violation of our Terms of Service — for example, sharing login credentials, automated abuse, or attempting to stream content without lawful access — voids the right to a refund.
- Refunds already processed via a chargeback. If you have already opened a card dispute with your bank or card issuer, the case is handled there rather than under this policy.
- Reseller and wholesale orders. Refunds for resellers are governed by a separate agreement and are not covered by the 7-day guarantee.
4. How to request a refund
Send an email to info@asgardiptv.com from the email address registered to the subscription. Include the following so we can process the request quickly:
- Your order number or receipt ID from the sales operator.
- The email address linked to the subscription.
- The plan you purchased and the activation date.
- Any details you wish to share about why you want a refund (not required within the 7-day window).

5. Processing time and payout
Refunds are processed by the sales operator that received your original payment. We forward your request to the right party immediately and keep you updated throughout.
Once approved, the payout is normally processed within 5–10 business days. The refund is returned to the original payment method (card, bank transfer, or the payment service you used). Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the amount on your account.
6. Consumer rights under Norwegian law
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when buying goods and services online under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven). For digital services there are specific exceptions: if you have consented to delivery starting before the withdrawal period expires, and you have acknowledged that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal, the 14-day period no longer applies.
Asgard IPTV starts delivery immediately on activation so you can use the service right away. Our 7-day money-back guarantee goes beyond what the law requires for digital services where the withdrawal right has lapsed, and gives you a concrete "safety margin" even after you have used the service.
