Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. Asgard IPTV has no automatic renewal. Your plan runs to its end date and stops. Nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy a new period yourself.
Can I switch to a different plan?
You can buy a new plan once your current period ends. Running periods cannot be shortened or transferred to a different plan mid-cycle.
How does a refund request work?
Purchases and payments go through a separate sales domain, not through asgardiptv.com directly. For a refund request, send an email to info@asgardiptv.com and we will route it to the correct party.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment is handled on the sales domain you are directed to at checkout. The available payment options appear there during the purchase flow. Asgardiptv.com does not process payments directly.
What is the difference between the test plan and a regular subscription?
The test plan gives you the exact same access as a full subscription — just for 48 hours at €4. It is not a free trial. It is a paid, short-term window so you can verify the service works on your equipment and on your connection before you pay for a longer period.
When does my plan period start?
Your period starts from the moment your account is activated after purchase. A 6-month plan gives you 180 days from your activation date, regardless of whether you use the service every day or not.
