Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Asgard IPTV service, operated by Asgard Streaming Services, Skuteviksbodene 26, 5035 Bergen, Norway ("we", "us").

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Use of the service from jurisdictions where such services are restricted is your responsibility to verify.

2. Definitions

• Service — the streaming infrastructure and hosting platform operated by Asgard Streaming Services and accessible at asgardiptv.com.
• Account — the credentials you create or receive to access the service.
• Subscription — a prepaid access period of 48 hours, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
• Sales Domain — the separate external domain through which purchases are processed. Payment, billing, and refund handling are governed by the terms of the sales domain operator.
• Content — any audio, video, or other material streamed through the service using your account.

3. The Service

Asgard Streaming Services provides hosting and streaming infrastructure. We operate a technical platform; we do not license, distribute, produce, or own the content that users choose to stream through it.

Responsibility for ensuring the content you access is one you have a lawful right to view sits entirely with you. This is not a content provider or broadcaster. We make no representations about the availability or completeness of any particular channel, event, or title.

The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we reserve the right to carry out maintenance or make changes to the platform at any time.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Use the service only for content you have a lawful right to stream.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence when using the service.
• Treat support staff with respect. Abusive or threatening conduct toward our team is grounds for account suspension.

You accept that account credentials are personal. Sharing an account to give access to multiple households is a breach of these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

All subscriptions are prepaid. There is no automatic renewal. When a subscription period ends, access ceases unless you purchase a new plan.

Available subscription durations and their prices in EUR are:

• 48-hour test plan — €4
• 1 month — €15
• 3 months — €40
• 6 months — €70
• 12 months — €130

The 48-hour plan is a paid access option, not a free trial. Purchase it to verify the service works on your devices before committing to a longer plan.

All payments are processed through the sales domain, which operates independently of asgardiptv.com. Card handling, payment security, and checkout are governed by the sales domain's own terms. Check those before completing a purchase.

Prices are shown in EUR and exclude any local taxes that may apply in your country. You are responsible for any applicable taxes owed in your jurisdiction.

6. Cancellation & Termination

There is no binding period. You are free to stop using the service at any time without penalty.

When a prepaid subscription expires, your account access ends automatically. We do not charge you again unless you actively purchase a new plan.

Refund requests are handled through the sales domain. See our Refund Policy for the process and applicable conditions. We route refund queries to the sales domain operator on your behalf; contact info@asgardiptv.com to start the process.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms — particularly the acceptable use conditions in Section 7.

7. Acceptable Use & Suspension

You may not use the service to:

• Stream content you do not have a lawful right to access.
• Facilitate, enable, or redistribute access to the service for commercial gain without written permission from us.
• Attempt to bypass, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Conduct fraudulent transactions, including initiating chargebacks in bad faith after consuming the service.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse members of our support team.

Accounts involved in chargebacks, fraud, or repeated support abuse will be suspended without refund. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of losses caused by fraudulent use.

We may also suspend access if we receive a credible legal notice that your use of the service infringes the rights of a third party, pending investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by Norwegian law. We do not warrant that the service will meet your expectations, be available at all times, or be free of errors.

Our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited, to the extent the law allows, to the amount you paid for the subscription during which the issue arose.

We are not liable for losses arising from your use of third-party content, third-party services accessed through the platform, or your breach of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the revised document will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a change is material, we will attempt to give reasonable notice via email or on-site notification before it takes effect.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any dispute arising from or connected to these terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation will be submitted to Bergen tingrett as the court of first instance.

If you are a consumer resident in an EU or EEA country, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence may apply alongside Norwegian law. You may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Norwegian law gives consumers certain rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights you hold by statute.
